Tacoma Defiance Opens 2021 USL Championship Campaign on Sunday at LA Galaxy II

TACOMA, WASH. - Tacoma Defiance opens its 2021 USL Championship campaign this Sunday, May 9 at LA Galaxy II at Dignity Health Sports Park (5:00 p.m. PT / ESPN+). Head Coach Wade Webber's side also announced its USL Standard Loans with Sounders FC First Team players, as well as Academy Agreements, bring the roster to 26 players eligible for selection ahead of Sunday's opener.
In addition to yesterday's signings of Juan Alvarez and Obed Vargas, Tacoma announced a series of roster moves today:
Defiance agreed to USL Standard Loans with Sounders FC First Team goalkeepers Stefan Cleveland and Spencer Richey, as well as forward Alfonso Ocampo-Chavez.
Four additional players have signed Academy Agreements: Cody Baker, Cole Kulhanek, Conrad Lee and Taka Sasaki.
