
T-Birds Acquire Glover from Hitmen

Seattle Thunderbirds general manager Russ Farwell today announced the team has acquired 20-year-old goalie Brandon Glover from the Calgary Hitmen in exchange for a third round pick in the 2013 WHL Bantam Draft.
"Brandon is a solid goaltender who has been making steady progress throughout his WHL career," said Farwell. "We wanted to be sure we had enough experience in goal next season and feel Brandon can provide this for us."
"Brandon had a good playoff for the Hitmen last season and he is now skating with the Abbotsford Heat of the AHL."
Last season with the Hitmen, Glover played in 39 games and had a 20-12-0-0 record with a 3.11 goals against average and a .885 save percentage. Glover has played 102 career games in the WHL and has a 38-38-3-5 career record with one shutout. He has a career 3.36 goals against average and a .888 career save percentage.
