Colorado Springs, Colo. (Monday, May 11, 2015) - The Colorado Springs Switchbacks FC will be heading out to the sun and sand of Orange County, California to take on the Blues FC.

The Switchbacks FC (3-3-0, 9 points) are itching to get back on the field for another match. Their match on Saturday, May 9 against the Portland Timbers FC 2 had to be cancelled due to inclement weather.

The Switchbacks FC will get their chance to play on Wednesday, against the OC Blues FC (4-2-0, 12 points). Right now, the OC Blues FC are in 4th place in the Western Conference. The Switchbacks FC are hoping to knock them down a couple of spots.

"We look forward to going to Orange County and playing the Blues FC," said Switchbacks FC Head Coach Steve Trittschuh. "They are a quality team that have been getting good results and are just ahead of us in the standings, so we are looking to get a positive result."
