
SwampDogs Clinch Playoff Berth

FAYETTEVILLE, N.C. - The Fayetteville SwampDogs clinched a playoff berth on Thursday night when they split a doubleheader with the Wilmington Sharks at Buck Hardee Field. The Dogs are currently in line to be seeded second in the eight-team Petitt Cup Playoff tournament.
Should Fayetteville finish as the fourth seed or higher, they will host a playoff game on Sunday, August 5th and Monday, August 6th if necessary.
If the Dogs end up seeded fifth or lower, they will host a playoff game on Saturday, August 4th at "The Swamp."
All Playoff games will start at 7:05pm, with gates opening at 6:00pm.
