Don't miss this EXCITING weekend of action at the Sandcastle!! Come out and support your home team as the Surf and manager Mitch "Wild Thing" Williams continue their drive to the second-half championship with an important three-game series against the Newark Bears on August 9-11.
All three days, the Surf will be holding its popular Youth Baseball Camp for Intermediates (ages 11-15), with a special hitting session with Surf star Pete Incaviglia. On Friday, August 9, the Surf will play the Newark Bears at 7:05 p.m., followed by the best fireworks display in South Jersey after the game. With the summer dwindling down to its end, more and more college students throughout the area will start packing their bags and heading back to campus. So on Saturday and Sunday only, it is BACK TO COLLEGE WEEKEND at the Sandcastle. Free hats with all your favorite college logos will be distribiuted to the first 1,000 fans ages 14 and older on Saturday AND Sunday. In addition, present your valid college ID card at the box office and receive HALF-PRICE upper box tickets for either of the games.
Game time is at 7:05 p.m. for all three games against the Newark Bears. Also fans, don''t forget about Mitch Williams Bobblehead Night on August 15. Tickets are going fast, so order yours today!! See you at the ballpark!!
