The Atlantic City Surf recorded their 34th victory of the second half in dramatic fashion by defeating the Bridgeport Bluefish 5-4 Wednesday night at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard. Atlantic City scored three runs in the top of the ninth after Bridgeport had rallied to take a 4-2 lead in the bottom of the eighth inning with three runs.
Ric Johnson, who was 5-for-5 in the contest, knocked in the two tying runs with a double in the ninth and Jose Velasquez, El Gate Grande(The Big Cat AC Style), knocked in the winning run with a single.
