Support Local During Black History Month - Classy Hippie Tea Co

During the month of August of 2020, Republic FC and Suncrest Bank teamed up to help small businesses suffering from the effects of the pandemic. The program, Republic FC Kickstart, focused on giving $10,000 in grants to Black-owned businesses that had been heavily impacted by coronavirus.

Classy Hippie Tea Company is a Sacramento-based tea company that uses various herbs and spices from around the world to create a unique and soothing experience for consumers.

The owner and founder Leo Hickman began Classy Hippie Tea Co. as a professional tea sommelier, public speaker, biomedical engineer, post 9/11 soldier, and world traveler. His idea for the company comes out of his life's lessons and relationships developed over decades seeking purpose. Throughout his many excursions, Hickman has taken herbal tea from different cultures and brought them back to Sacramento.

Many of the teas Classy Hippie Tea uses have been used in ancient health approaches like traditional Chinese medicine and Ayurveda. The herbal Breathe Right medley can help stimulate the respiratory system with cooling eucalyptus and peppermint.
