Super Sunday Foundation Game Sees Dogs Host Petes

February 8, 2024 - Ontario Hockey League (OHL) - Brantford Bulldogs News Release

When the Brantford Bulldogs hit the ice on Sunday, February 11th to close a 3-in-3 weekend they'll be hosting the Peterborough Petes in a Super Sunday matinee marking the first Bulldogs Foundation Game at the Brantford Civic Centre.

Highlighting the festivities will be a WEEK-LONG 50/50 draw that will begin on on Sunday morning and carrying all the way through the 2nd intermission of the Family Day Game on Monday, February 19th! With four of the last five Bulldogs Foundation 50/50 raffles having passed the $6,000 mark, what heights will our week-long draw hit? Get your tickets at or at any of the games during that week to find out, with proceeds going to support the work of the Bulldogs Foundation.

Proud partners of the Bulldogs Foundation will be in the house on Sunday including the Hamilton Tiger-Cats! Star QB BO-LEVI MITCHELL will be in attendance, along with the Tiger-Cats mascots to help us recognize the Brantford Bisons Football Club who the Bulldogs Foundation have been a large supporter of. Plus with it being Super Sunday, our partners from CarStar will have SUPER raffle items up for grabs!

With all the action off the ice in support of the Foundation, the action on the ice will be just as heated with a divisional rivalry taking center stage. The Bulldogs host the Peterborough Petes for the first time since the trade deadline with both teams looking markedly different.

Sunday will be the first meeting of the season with Zakary Lavoie, Daniil Sobolev & Owen Protz sporting the black & gold against the Petes while the maroon & white will bring their new stable of 1st round picks in Nico Addy, Aiden Young & Caden Taylor, all acquired in advance of the Trade Deadline, to square off with the Bulldogs for the first time.

Super Sunday will have Super Prizes, Super Excitement & Super Family Fun all for a Super Cause in the Bulldogs Foundation!
