Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp News Release
Jacksonville, Fla. - The Jacksonville Suns have made the following transactions on July 31:
P A.J. Battisto has been reassigned to the Jupiter Hammerheads of the Class A-Advanced Florida State League.
P Brad Stone has been reassigned to Jacksonville from the New Orleans Zephyrs of the Triple-A Pacific Coast League.
The Suns have 24 active players, the Southern League maximum, with one Major League rehabilitation assignment and seven players on the disabled list.
