Suns Announce Game Time Changes

Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp News Release
JACKSONVILLE, Fla.- In cooperation with the City of Jacksonville the Suns are moving the start time's for the games scheduled on Friday, August 10th and Saturday, August 11th against Mobile. The game time on Friday, August 10th will now be 1:05 P.M. due to the Jacksonville Jaguars pre-season game with the New York Giants that evening. The NAPA Friday Family Fireworks show scheduled for that evening will now be on Saturday, August 11th and due to this the game time is now 7:05 P.M. All NAPA tickets will be honored on either date.
Peter Bragan Jr., Suns President & Owner said "After conferring with city officials the decision was made to move the Friday game to 1:05. I hate losing a great Friday Night crowd but this is the best resolution for all concerned." The Christmas in August promotion scheduled for Friday, August 10th will now be held on Sunday, August 19th at 6:05. In conjunction with The Salvation Army all fans in attendance on that day will get a gift.

Tickets for all Suns home games are currently on sale through the Suns Box Office at (904) 358-2846, or online at www.jaxsuns.com . Tickets are $7.50 for general admission, $10.50 for reserved seating and $13.50 for Homeplate Box seating. Limited sponsorships, season tickets and group packages are still available. The 2012 season is presented by Everbank, official banking partner of the Jacksonville Suns. The Suns are the Double-A Affiliate of the Miami Marlins and a member of the Southern League of Professional Baseball.
