
Sundogs Reduce Roster by Five

PRESCOTT VALLEY, Ariz. - The Arizona Sundogs of the Central Hockey League today released five players in preparation for its 2007-08 season. The Sundogs roster now sits at 24.
Players released include defenseman Chris Clark and forwards Steve Benedetti, Mario Chinelli, Ladislav Kouba and Darryl McKinnon.
In preseason action, Benedetti, Clark and Kouba each collected two penalty minutes in one appearance. Forwards Chinelli and McKinnon appeared in both exhibition games for Arizona.
The Arizona Sundogs open regular season play at home on Friday, Oct. 19 against the defending CHL Champion Colorado Eagles. Game time is set for 7:05pm.
