McNamara will be playing with the Philadelphia 76ers, McFadgon for the Memphis Grizzlies, and Pinkney will suit up for the Washington Wizards.
"These players are very deserving of the opportunity to show their skills on the court after their performance with us last season," says Jim Harrick, 2006-07 Bakersfield Jam Head Coach. "I am confident that they will do well."
McNamara was a point guard for the Jam last season, playing in 41 games while averaging 10.8 points along with 5.2 assists. McFadgon averaged 18.6 points in 22 games with the Jam last season, including three games where he topped the 40-point mark. Pinkney, who was the 19th Gatorade Call-Up to the Boston Celtics last season, led the Jam in scoring and rebounding, averaging 18.7 points and 7.3 rebounds per game, before joining the Celtics. Both Pinkney and McNamara were selected to play in the 2007 D-League All-Star game last season.
"I'm excited about the opportunity to display my talent to the Grizzlies," says McFadgon, who is a Memphis native. "My experience with the Jam has me ready to make the leap to the next level."
