North Little Rock, AR - The San Antonio Missions completed the three-game sweep of the Arkansas Travelers with a 1-0 win on Sunday night at Dickey-Stephens Park.
The lone run of the game was unearned.
RHP Albert Suarez (L, 8-9) tossed seven innings and did not allow an earned run for the second straight start. Suarez surrendered five singles with no walks and six strikeouts. The 25-year-old has struck out 23 batters over his last three starts, all swinging.
RHP Bryan Rodriguez (W, 6-11) pitched six innings for the Missions and LHP Eury De La Rosa (S, 5) earned his fifth save over the team's last six games.
The lone run of the game scored in the third when C Adolfo Reina reached on an infield single, advanced to second on a SS Drew Maggi throwing error and scored on a 1B Luis Domoromo RBI single.
RHP Nate Hyatt and RHP Danny Reynolds both worked 1-2-3 frames for Arkansas.
The Travs finished 0-for-5 with runners in scoring position
Arkansas is 1-10 over its last 11 games.
The entire Texas League North lost, again, on Sunday, so Arkansas remains one game behind the Springfield Cardinals in the second half with 20 games remaining.
Arkansas is off on Monday and will begin a three-game series in Corpus Christi on Tuesday.
