CHARLOTTE, NC - The Gwinnett Stripers ended a season-long eight-game losing streak with a 5-3 win over the Charlotte Knights Saturday night in game three of the four-game series at BB&T Ballpark.
The Stripers plated two runs in the top of the first off Charlotte starter Michael Kopech. Leadoff batter Phil Gosselin reached on an error by shortstop Jose Rondon to begin the game.
