
Strike Force Sign La'Darius McElroy

SAN DIEGO, California - The Strike Force have signed wide receiver La'Darius McElroy to their 2020 Indoor Football League roster.
McElroy (6-6, 235, Ouachita Baptist University) joins San Diego for his first season as a member of the Indoor Football League. He will be entering his rookie year in professional football for the San Diego Strike Force 2020 IFL season.
"Ladarius is a long, big-body receiver that could develop into a dangerous redzone target for our offense," said Strike Force General Manager Ryan Eucker. "We're looking forward to seeing his transition to the indoor game and utilizing his size while coming out of motion. It'll be exciting to see him compete in training camp." The Arkansas native spent his collegiate career at Quachita Baptist University, where he was named team captain his senior year. McElroy led his team into an undefeated regular season during the 2018 campaign propelling the team into the National Quarterfinals. Averaging 18.4 yards per reception over 3 seasons with the Tigers, he had a career high in longest receptions with 71 yards against Southern Arkansas during the 2017 season and a tallied up a total of 93 reception yards also against Southern Arkansas in the 2017 campaign.
McElroy was born and raised in Ashdow, Arkansas and attended Ashdow High School playing his Junior and Senior season on the Varsity Football Team. Beating the National Average with 16.1 Average Receiving yards.
