
Storm tied for first after weekend wins

KEARNEY - With a pair of wins in Green Bay over the weekend the Tri-City Storm pulled into a tie for first place with Sioux City in the West division of the United States Hockey League. The two teams will face off Friday at the FirsTier Event Center beginning at 7:05 p.m.
The Storm, 22-9-2, defeated the Green Bay Gamblers 5-3 on Friday night and 5-2 Saturday to earn their 46th standings point of the season. Sioux City, who earned one point this weekend and is 22-10-2, also has 46 points in the standings. Tri-City currently owns the league's best winning percentage at .697.
