Guelph Storm News Release
The Guelph Storm Hockey Club has announced that season tickets for the 2009-10 season are now available for renewal or purchase. Early Bird Season Ticket prices will remain unchanged from the 2008/09 season with the Child Early Bird price actually dropping by over 5%.
"It's a tough economy," says Rick Hoyle, the President of the Storm. "We want to show a commitment to fans that we will keep our product affordable." With all walk-up box office prices increasing by $1.00 next season, Guelph Storm Season Ticket Holders will save even more money in 2009/10 with a family of four including two adults and two children saving $641.00 (over 42%) off regular box office prices. This savings is the equivalent of receiving 11 Family Value games for free. The Early Bird season ticket prices will be offered to fans with a $75 per seat deposit placed before the Storm's final home game of the season - including the 2009 OHL Playoffs if the Storm qualifies.
With a current average attendance of 4,038, the Storm is well on their way to surpassing 4,000 fans per game for the fifth straight campaign and is expected to have the second or third highest regular season attendance in franchise history.
