Storm players to host fitness initiative clinic at Northshore YMCA

SEATTLE - Seattle Storm players and coaches will visit the Northshore YMCA tomorrow afternoon at 5:00 p.m. as part of the WNBA's Be Smart - Be Fit - Be Yourself program, the team announced today. Storm assistant coach Jessie Kenlaw and players Betty Lennox, Iziane Castro Marques, Tanisha Wright and Natalia Vodopyanova are scheduled to attend.

WNBA Be Smart - Be Fit - Be Yourself encourages teens and women of all ages to learn more about their bodies and the importance of physical fitness. Programming has been developed to encourage teens and women to get started on "being fit" through small changes in their daily regimen.

Single-game tickets for upcoming Storm games are still available and can be purchased through TicketMaster, by logging on to storm.wnba.com or by calling 1-877-WNBA-TIX. Storm tickets are also available at the Sonics & Storm Team Shop located at 312 First Ave on KeyArena's West Plaza.

The Seattle Sonics & Storm manages the Puget Sound region's professional basketball franchises - the NBA's Seattle SuperSonics and the WNBA's Seattle Storm. The organization oversees all sales, marketing, finance, public relations and basketball operations for the teams. The Basketball Club of Seattle LLC owns both teams.
