
Storm Head South to Face T.O. and the Allen Wranglers

The Sioux Falls Storm (5-0) is on the road this week as they face the Allen Wranglers (5-1) Saturday at 7:05 pm CT. The Storm is coming off a 73-45 win over the Chicago Slaughter while the Wranglers last played in an 86-57 victory against the Nebraska Danger on March 31.
Quarterback Chris Dixon leads the league with 1,402 passing yards, 26 touchdowns and only two interceptions, both of which were thrown last week. Dixon is also leading the team with 10 rushing touchdowns while Andre Crenshaw has added six touchdowns and 101 rushing yards. On the receiving end, Lorenzo Brown, Carl Sims and Clinton Solomon have formed a dynamic trio of receivers for Dixon to throw to. Brown is tied for the lead in receptions with Sims, who leads the team with 492 yards. Solomon leads the team with 11 touchdowns and has added 347 yards.
Defensively for the Storm, Sean Kelly has 3.0 sacks and 18 tackles (10 solo) and Dejuan Fulghum leads the team with 40 tackles. Curtis Thomas has excelled in the defensive backfield with 3 interceptions in four games played and 22 tackles.
The Wranglers have had four individuals take snaps at quarterback, but Ben Sankey has a team-leading 10 touchdowns and Maurice Avery has a 158.3 quarterback rating. Running back Darius Fudge has scored 12 times on the ground. Avery and fellow wide receiver Terrell Owens have eight and seven touchdowns, respectively, and Avery has added 30 catches for 309 yards.

The Storm returns home next week to face the Nebraska Danger on April 21 at 7:05 pm.
