Storm Chasers to Play Doubleheader on Thursday for Opening Night

PAPILLION, NE - Friday evening's matchup between the Omaha Storm Chasers and Colorado Springs Sky Sox at Werner Park has been rescheduled to Thursday night due to the cold winter weather forecast on Friday.
Two seven-inning contests will be played on Thursday, with game one set to start at 6:35 p.m. CT. Gates will open at 5:30 p.m. Game two begins approximately 30 minutes after game one.
Thirsty Thursday drink specials, which include $2 Budweiser, Bud Light and Busch Light, as well as $1 Pepsi fountain drinks, will be in effect from the time gates open at 5:30 p.m. until first pitch of game two. Friday's scheduled Hy-Vee Friday Fireworks post-game show will be rescheduled for Thursday, August 30.
Tickets for Thursday's originally scheduled contest will be good for both matchups that evening. Fans with a ticket to Friday's game may exchange those tickets at the Werner Park Ticket Office for a ticket of equal/lesser value to a 2018 Storm Chasers home date at Werner Park excluding July 3, August 3 and August 4. No online or phone exchanges will be accepted.

- Friday, April 6 - game rescheduled as part of doubleheader on Thursday, April 5

- Sunday, April 8 (2:05pm) - U.S. Bank Family FUNday with Hy-Vee Canned Food Sundays & Hardee's Kids Run The Bases
- Monday, April 9 (11:05am)
Single-game tickets are available for all 2018 Storm Chasers home contests, and may be purchased online at www.omahastormchasers.com/tickets, or through the Werner Park Ticket Office during open hours from noon until 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday either in-person or by calling (402) 738-5100.
