Omaha Storm Chasers News Release

OMAHA, Neb. - The Omaha Storm Chasers have won their third straight American Conference North Division title, matching a team high for consecutive postseason berths. Omaha now faces the Oklahoma City RedHawks in the American Conference Championship, a best-of-five series to see who will represent the conference in the Pacific Coast League Championship.

The Storm Chasers travel to Oklahoma City for Games 1 and 2 of the series but postseason play at Werner Park begins with Game 3 on Friday, September 6 at 7:05 p.m. Game 3 is the only guaranteed playoff game in Omaha, with "If necessary" games played at Werner Park with Game 4 on Saturday, September 7 at 7:05 p.m. and Game 5 on Sunday, September 8 at 2:05 p.m.

Game 3 will feature "Friday Night Fireworks" presented by American Family Insurance, and fans at all 2013 Storm Chasers playoff games are urged to "Blue Out Werner Park" by wearing blue clothing, hats, etc.

Individual ticket pricing for the 2013 Pacific Coast League Playoffs will be $17.50 for Club Seats, $13.50 for Field Box Seats, $11.00 for Box Seats, $9.00 for the AT&T Home Run Porch and $8.00 for the McDonald's Berm.

Game 4 on Saturday at 7:05 p.m. will have a "College Football Viewing Party" with gates opening early at 4:45 p.m. and special "Happy Hour" pricing with $1 beer and food options available until first pitch at the Budweiser Downdraught Bar. Game 5 on Sunday at 2:05 p.m. will be a Sam's Club canned food day, where fans that bring a canned item get a free McDonald's berm ticket (items benefit The Open Door Mission). Members of the Lil' Chasers Club presented by Huerter Orthodontics will receive free admission, and all kids in attendance will have a chance to run the bases postgame courtesy of Hardee's.

Tickets for the "If Necessary" Games 4 and 5 purchased in advance but not played are good for a ticket to a 2014 Storm Chasers game, excluding Independence Day Fireworks celebrations and specialty concert nights. Season Ticket holders receive tickets to all three playoff dates, and all Half Season Ticket holders have the opportunity to receive 2013 Playoff tickets by renewing their Half Season Tickets for the 2014 season.

Werner Park hosts the first two games of the Pacific Coast League Championship Series if the Chasers advance past Oklahoma City, with tickets becoming available as soon as Omaha wins the first round. Game 1 would be on Tuesday, September 10 at 7:05 p.m. and Game 2 on Wednesday, September 11 at 7:05 p.m.

The Triple-A National Championship will be played at Coca-Cola Park in Allentown, Pennsylvania, home of the Lehigh Valley IronPigs, where the champions of the Pacific Coast League and the International League face off in a winner-take-all one game series.
