January 22, 2013 - Pacific Coast League (PCL1)
Omaha Storm Chasers News Release
OMAHA, Neb. - The Omaha Storm Chasers have the most passionate fans in all of Minor League Baseball, and the team wants to help them with a fun way to display their passion for that special Storm Chasers fan in their life. For the first time in franchise history, the Storm Chasers are offering specialty Valentine's Day gift packages with an option for delivery by one of the team's three lovable mascots.
The Storm Chasers have created two distinct "Chasin' Love" Valentine's Day gift packages. One designed for "Him" and another designed for "Her." Both include two tickets to Opening Day at Werner Park on Friday, April 12, a "#1 Fan" Storm Chasers jersey, a Werner Park Book and $10 in Werner Park Bucks. The package designed for the male Chasers fan will also include an adjustable hat and Cracker Jacks while the female Chasers fan package features a single rose and a choice of a necklace or earrings.
"The 'Chasin' Love' gift package can be a memorable way to show your significant other you care rather than doing the same old Valentine's Day routine," said Andrea Stava, Director of Community Relations for the Storm Chasers. "This package is basically getting two dates for the price of one. Opening Day at Werner Park is always a night to remember."
The cost to "Chase Love" is $50 per package. Fans have the option of picking up this special Valentine's Day gift at the Storm Front Team Store on either February 13 or February 14. Or they can have a hopeless romantic mascot deliver their purchased package to that special someone from February 11 through February 14. Delivery times will be between 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on those four days, and a limited number of spots are available each day.

The Storm Chasers hope the romantic sparks started this Valentine's Day will prepare each couple for the American Family Insurance Fireworks show 57 days later on Friday, April 12 at beautiful Werner Park.
