"Cat Crew" Auditions Set for Saturday at Raley Field

WEST SACRAMENTO, Calif. - The Sacramento River Cats are searching for enthusiastic seasonal "Cat Crew" members who have a desire to entertain and create memories for River Cats fans, with auditions set for Saturday, Jan. 26, at Raley Field.

In addition to implementing promotions during home games, the "Cat Crew" will assist in off-site community events, perform as mascots during River Cats games, and assist in all between-inning entertainment throughout the summer at Raley Field.

Qualifications

* Must possess strong teamwork skills.

* Must be able to work nights and/or weekends.

* Must enjoy working with people, have the ability to work in front of large crowds and have a high-energy personality.

* Must be self-motivated with the ability to multi-task and problem solve.

* Some physical demands are involved, such as moving boxes, climbing stairs and setting up tables.

* Dance/cheer experience preferred but not required.

Interested applicants are invited to Raley Field on Saturday, Jan. 26 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. for auditions. All applicants must bring a resume, and will have 90 seconds to entertain the judges in an American Idol-style audition.
