Lehigh Valley, PA - The Philadelphia Flyers, parent club of the Lehigh Valley Phantoms, have recalled from loan goaltender Anthony Stolarz on an emergency basis. Meanwhile, the Phantoms have recalled from loan goaltender Martin Ouellette from the Reading Royals of the ECHL.

A 21-year-old netminder from Edison, New Jersey, Stolarz is off to an impressive start to the 2015-2016 season having produced a 5-3-1 record in nine starts with Lehigh Valley. He entered the week boasting the AHL's third-best goals-against average (1.90) coupled with the league's seventh-best save percentage (.930).

A 23-year-old goaltender from Saint-Hippolyte, Quebec, Ouellette has posted a 4-2 record in six appearances with the Royals to go along with a 2.10 goals-against average and .900 save percentage.

The transactions come in conjunction with the Flyers announcing that goaltender Michal Neuvirth is day-to-day with an upper-body injury.

In the midst of their 20th season of operation, the Phantoms are coming off their Inaugural Season as the Lehigh Valley Phantoms playing at the brand-new PPL Center. Established in 1996, the Phantoms spent their first 13 seasons at the Spectrum in Philadelphia before re-locating to Glens Falls, New York in 2009 where the team spent the next five seasons as the Adirondack Phantoms. A new era of Phantoms hockey began in the fall of 2014 when the Lehigh Valley Phantoms began play at the state-of-the-art PPL Center. Through 19 incredibly successful campaigns, the Phantoms have captured two Calder Cup Championships (1998, 2005), two Conference Championships (1998, 2005), two Regular Season Titles (1996-97, 1997-98) and four Division Championships (1996-97, 1997-98, 1998-99, 2003-04).
