Stockton Kings Lose Second Straight to Oklahoma City Blue

The Stockton Kings (5-8) dropped their second consecutive game to the Oklahoma City Blue 105-114 at Stockton Arena on Friday night.

Center Neemias Queta (24 points, 10-of-12 FG, 11 rebounds) led the Kings in scoring for the fifth time. It also marks his twelfth-straight game of 10-plus points, including five games with 20-plus points this season.

The Oklahoma City Blue (7-6) shot 53.7 percent from the field in the first half (22-of-41 FG), and led the Kings 60-53 heading into halftime. Forward Adam Mokoka (12 points, 4-of-6 FG) led the way with 12 points on four field goals in the first half. The Oklahoma City Blue would outscore Stockton 54-52 in the second half to earn the victory.

Forward Chima Moneke (15 points, 5-of-7 FG) led the Kings with 15 points in the second half.

In addition, guard DJ Steward finished with 16 points and four assists, racking up his ninth game of the season with 10-plus points. Guard Trey Burke added 18 points in his first game with Stockton. Moneke finished with 21 total points on the night.

Blue forward Adam Mokoka posted 23 points on 7-of-10 shooting and seven rebounds. Forward Ousmane Dieng had 20 points and 10 rebounds, Center D.J. Wilson had 13 points, guard Lindy Waters III saw 15 points and guard Jaden Shackelford pitched in 15 points through 23 minutes of action.

Next, the Stockton Kings will head to Henderson, Nevada to take on the G League Ignite on Sunday, Dec. 11 at The Dollar Loan Center. Sunday's tip is set for 5 p.m. PT.
