Last week as part of the Stockton Kings Second Annual Season of Doing Good, the team and staff hosted a couple of events in spirit of the holiday season.
On Monday, December 2, the Stockton Kings took 20 youth from the community on a $200 each shopping spree. Youth were pre-selected from the Child Abuse Prevention Council, Stockton Scholars and Lord's Gym City Center. After shopping, the youth, team and staff enjoyed dinner at Round Table Pizza.
On Wednesday, December 5, the Stockton Kings rented out the Children's Museum of Stockton and hosted children and families from the Stockton Shelter for the Homeless for their Player Holiday Party. Stockton Kings players Cody Demps, Gabe Vincent, and Isaiah Pinero, joined Strength and Conditioning Coach Ernie DeLosAngeles and the entire front office staff to host the party for the attendees. Families were treated to cookie decorating, pizza and also got to meet Santa.
