Stingrays Unveil 20th Anniversary Logo and Jerseys for 2012-13 Season

North Charleston, SC - The South Carolina Stingrays unveiled their 20th anniversary logo and home and away jerseys for the 2012-13 season today at a press conference at the Stingrays' office in North Charleston.

"We wanted to keep the same great logo, but give the jerseys a different feel from years past," said Stingrays President Rob Concannon. "The anniversary logo and patch represent more than just a number. It is a symbol of the rich tradition of hockey here in the Lowcountry. It represents the pursuit of excellence both on and off the ice."

The 20th anniversary logo features the familiar Stingrays crest in front of a "20th Anniversary" banner and the year "1993" on the sides, the first year of hockey in the Lowcountry. The anniversary logo will be on both shoulders of the new Stingrays jerseys for the 2012-13 season.
