
Stingrays Announce Preseason Schedule

South Carolina Stingrays News Release
North Charleston, SC - The Kelly Cup Champion South Carolina Stingrays announced today that they will play a home-and-home preseason series with the Charlotte Checkers on Friday, Oct. 9 and Saturday, Oct. 10.
The first game will take place at home at the Carolina Ice Palace on Friday night at 7 p.m. The preseason game is open to season ticket holders only, free of charge, and will feature an open-seating policy. While there, the front office staff will be available to pass out season tickets and answer questions.
Following the game, join the Stingrays players in the Penalty Box, the Carolina Ice Palace's bar and grill to sign autographs and pose for pictures. Come out and meet the players you will watch on the ice all season long.
On Oct. 10, the Stingrays travel up to Charlotte to play at the Extreme Ice Center at 1:30 p.m. Tickets are $10 for the general public and can be purchased by contacting the Checkers' front office at (704) 342-4423 or at www.gocheckers.com.
Mark your Calendars - The Stingrays Opening Weekend is set for Friday, October 16 against the Wheeling Nailers and Saturday, October 17 against the Charlotte Checkers.
