Sting Acquire the Rights to Nicholas Moldenhauer in Trade with 67's

Sarnia, Ontario: Sarnia Sting General Manager Dylan Seca announced today that the Hockey Club has completed a deal with the Ottawa 67's to secure the rights to 2004 born forward Nicholas Moldenhauer.
Moldenhauer (pr: mould-en-how-er) a Mississauga, Ontario native was the 67's first round selection (20th overall) in the 2020 Ontario Hockey League Priority Selection. In 63 U16 AAA games played during the 2019-20 season, Moldenhauer recorded an impressive 122 points (45 goals and 77 assists).
"Nicolas is a player who really impressed us in his draft year, he has elite skill and compete level. Should he choose to play in the OHL we believe is a cornerstone type player." Comments Seca on today's deal with the 67's
In exchange for the Mississauga talent. The 67's will receive a 15th round selection in the 2022 Draft along with conditional picks if Moldenhauer commits to the OHL.
The Sarnia Sting return to the ice for pre-season action this Friday night vs. the Windsor Spitfires at the Progressive Auto Sales Arena. Due to provincial capacity restrictions this game will only be available to season ticket holders.
