December 20, 2011 - Indoor Football League (IFL)
Lehigh Valley Steelhawks News Release
Bethlehem, PA: The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks are honored to be volunteering at the annual Spirit of the Lehigh Valley held at the team's hotel, the Holiday Inn Lehigh Valley (located at 7736 Adrienne Dr. Breinigsville, Pa). The event runs from 9a.m. to 3p.m. and serves thousands of underprivileged families in the area on Christmas Eve. The Holiday Inn and Conference Center busses thousands of people to the hotel, serving them a buffet style meal and providing each of the kids with a toy for the holidays.
The Steelhawks are proud to be participating in such a great event and are hoping to help bring some joy to the kids faces that day. Members of the Steelhawk organization - Talon, Steelhawk front office staff and coaches, and Precious Metal dancers - will be on hand from 9-11 a.m. to help serve the families. Monetary donations for food and supplies are always needed, so if anyone is interested in giving to the Spirit of Lehigh Valley, please call the Steelhawk front office at 610-282-3100.
On the field, the Steelhawks last open tryout before camp is on January 21st from 7:30 to 10:30pm at BucksMont Indoor Sports Complex. The Steelhawks will be bringing back the fast paced, exciting action of Indoor Football to Stabler Arena at the beginning of 2012. Season tickets are now available. For more information about tickets, please call the Steelhawk Office at 610-282-3100 or by email at tickets@lvsteelhawks.com.
