'Hawks Flock to Nest for Last Home Game
July 26, 2018 - National Arena League (NAL)
Lehigh Valley Steelhawks News Release
Allentown, PA: The Lehigh Valley Steelhawks (0-13) and Carolina Cobras (8-5) will play each other for the fourth time this season. The Steelhawks need the Valley to flock to the 'Hawks Nest in support for their final 2018 home game. It will be the last chance for fans to watch the Steelhawks live in the Lehigh Valley this season. Kickoff will be at 7:00pm Saturday, July 28th. The game is presented by Embassy Bank of the Lehigh Valley with eh first 1000 fans receiving a FREE Football Piggy Bank.
While the 'Hawks haven't performed well on the road against the Cobras, their home showing wasn't bad as they scored the most points they have all season. Quarterback Caleb Walton has a new target in WR Darryl Bogan who has caught a touchdown in each of the three games he's played so far (12 catches for 127 yds).
Carolina has a potent offensive attack, led by QB Charles McCullum. Veteran receivers Jordan Jolly and Phillip Barnett will be his go-to targets with the placement of leading receiver Tyrone Laughinghouse who is on Injured Reserve.
The Steelhawks defensive front is headed by DL Dante Holmes (2nd in league with 10.5 sacks). A key to the game will be whether Holmes and company can disrupt the pocket and offensive prowess of the Cobra's attack (league leading scoring offense).
Lehigh Valley's offense needs to turn their defensive stops and turnovers into points on the board if they hope to pull off the team's first win this season.

Single game tickets can be bought online or at the door starting as low as $11.50. Call 610-224-4625 to reserve your seats! All Steelhawks games are played on Embassy Bank Field inside the PPL Center.
