Lincoln Stars News Release
Lincoln Stars General Manager Nick Fabrizio has announced today the Stars have acquired a 2022 Phase I 8th Round Pick and a 2022 Phase II 5th Round Pick in exchange for forward Jack Silich.
"We have been happy with the play from our younger players and this move allows us to keep those guys in the lineup and hopefully continue with their development," Fabrizio said. "It also provides Jack with an opportunity to play a greater role, which he deserves. We wish Jack the best in Sioux Falls and beyond."
Silich, 18, scored one goal in five regular-season games for the Stars since being acquired from the Youngstown Phantoms in August. The 41st overall selection in the 2019 USHL Futures Draft is committed to Quinnipiac University.
