
Stamps Sign Offensive Lineman Tony Washington

Calgary Stampeders head coach and general manager John Hufnagel is pleased to announce that import offensive lineman Tony Washington has signed a contract with the club. As per team policy, terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
Washington played two seasons at Abilene Christian and was twice named to the All-LoneStar South team. He won the division's offensive lineman of the year award in both 2008 and 2009 and was named to the Associated Press Little All-American team in 2009. Before attending Abilene Christian, Washington was a conference all-star at Trinity Valley Community College.
