Stampede Announce Home Playoff Dates for Western Conference Semis

Sioux Falls, SD-The Sioux Falls Stampede announced their home playoff dates for their USHL Western Conference Semifinal series on Tuesday. The Stampede will face either Sioux City or Tri-City in the first round and will host Games 1 & 4 of the best-of-five series.

The Stampede will host Game 1 on Tuesday, April 14th at 7:05 PM at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center. Tickets for Game 1 will go on sale Wednesday, April 8th at 12 PM at the KELOLAND Box Office or any Ticketmaster outlet. If necessary, Game 4 will be played at the PREMIER Center on Sunday, April 19th at 6:05 PM. The Herd will play games 2, 3 and, if necessary, game 5 on the road in either Sioux City or Tri-City. A full schedule will be available as soon the final regular season games have been played this weekend.

Season ticket holders who have purchased their playoff ticket packages can pick up their tickets starting at 8 AM on Friday at the Stampede business office (1001 N. West Ave.) as well as at the game Friday night. Tickets will also be available for pickup Monday, April 13th from 8 AM to 5 PM and Tuesday from 8 AM to 4 PM.

A tailgate party will take place just outside the Birdcage on Tuesday with live music and games from 4:30 to 7 PM. The first 3,000 fans through the doors will receive a FREE Stampede playoff rally towel and a special pre-game video will take place prior to puck drop. If a Game 4 is necessary, the Stampede will host a tailgate party inside the Birdcage with music, games, food and drinks from 4 PM to 6 PM.

The Stampede close out their home portion of the regular season this Friday when they host the Sioux City Musketeers at 7:05 PM. It is also Sioux Falls Ford "Take My Jersey Night" where fans can purchase raffle tickets for a chance to win a game worn jersey. Proceeds from the raffle will benefit the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Tickets are available through the KELOLAND Box Office or any Ticketmaster outlet.
