ST. PATRICK'S DAY GREEN JERSEYS RETURN MARCH 16

Syracuse, NY (March 14, 2002) - The Syracuse Crunch will put aside their traditional home jerseys on Saturday, March 16 and wear special St. Patrick's Day 'green' jerseys.

Similar to last season, the jersey will feature the Crunch's crest inside a shamrock. Fans will have an opportunity during the game and for the remainder of the season to bid on their favorite players jersey by stopping by the Crunch office, located in room 243 on the Montgomery Street side of the War Memorial or by visiting the Crunch's official web site at www.syracusecrunch.com.

The Crunch returns to action on Friday night against the Mighty Ducks for a 7:30 p.m. Friday night is Jody Shelley Bobble Head Night II, courtesy of BlueCross BlueShield of CNY. The first 1,000 children (12 and under) will receive a voucher for a bobble head that can be redeemed in between periods and after the game. Tickets are available by calling the Crunch office at (315) 473-4444, stopping by the Oncenter Box Office, located on the State Street side of the War Memorial or by calling TicketMaster at (315) 472-0700.
