Spurs Host Official Watch Party in Austin to Celebrate Start of 2021-22 Season

AUSTIN - The San Antonio Spurs invite fans to join them in celebrating the 2021-22 season at the Spurs Season Tipoff Watch Party in Austin, presented by Michelob Ultra, as they visit their rivals, the Dallas Mavericks on Thursday, Oct. 28. The watch party is free to the public and starts at 7 p.m. at Bouldin Acres, with the game tipping off at 7:30 p.m.
Join other Spurs fans in the Austin area to watch the Silver and Black, featuring USA Olympic Gold Medal winner Keldon Johnson, returning stars Derrick White and Dejounte Murray and new faces Doug McDermott and Josh Primo as they travel to Dallas to battle the Mavericks in a Texas showdown.
Fans can expect a special appearance from Austin Spurs' DJ DMoney as well as games, prizes and Spurs branded giveaways throughout the evening, including chances to snag Spurs tickets. Drink specials will be available for purchase while the action on the court is shown on the big screens.
The event will feature the grand opening of The Post-Up, a mobile street side Spurs shop. The new merchandise truck is hitting the road for the first time to deliver authentic Spurs gear across Texas, including the NBA's new 75th Anniversary Diamond Edition items.
