EDINBURG, Texas - The Austin Spurs fell to the Rio Grande Valley Vipers by a final score of 134-99 on Wednesday night.
San Antonio Spurs assignee Josh Primo posted 12 points and 3 rebounds. Two-way player Devontae Cacok recorded 17 points, 7 rebounds and 5 steals, and two-way player Joe Wieskamp finished with 14 points and 4 rebounds.
Damyean Dotson put up a team-high 19 points for Austin.
Trevelin Queen led Rio Grande Valley with 27 points. Mfiondu Kabengele (23 points, 10 rebounds) and Josh Christopher (15 points, 11 assists) had double-doubles in the Vipers' win.
The 2021-22 Austin Spurs season is presented by SWBC.

The Austin Spurs will return home on Friday, Nov. 26 to take on the Memphis Hustle at 7:30 p.m. CT at the H-E-B Center at Cedar Park in the team's first Fiesta Night of the season.
