Port Huron, MI â The Port Huron Beacons of the United Hockey League (UHL) announce the Beacons school program Spotlight On Success for the 2003-2004 season.
The Port Huron Beacons Professional Hockey Club supports excellence in education and would like to reward those students that accomplish high academic achievements. Students that receive an A on their current semester report card will receive a complimentary ticket to any Beacons hockey game. The student takes their report card to the Beacons main office or McMorran Box and you will receive a free ticket with a purchase of at least one adult ticket. Students that do not have the A, B, C grading curve can also participate by bring in their report card with an above advantage or satisfactory grade. One report card per student per grading period.
Don't miss a Beacons packed weekend with the visiting Muskegon Fury on Friday and the Quad City Mallards on Saturday. This will be the first match up of the season for the Beacons against both teams. For a complete schedule log on to the website at www.beaconshockey.com.
