Sportsplex at Matthews Regulations for Home Game

Charlotte, N.C. - The Charlotte Independence, a United Soccer League professional soccer team, will kick off the 2018 season at the Sportsplex at Matthews on Saturday, March 17th when the Independence hosts Ottawa Fury FC. Gates open at 6:00pm with kickoff scheduled for 7:00pm. Single-game tickets are now on sale. For safety purposes and due to the current stadium expansion, all fans attending Saturday's game should be aware of the following:

Fans must enter through the Main Gate (south entrance)
Concourse areas under construction with designated gates are off limits
Only authorized personnel will be allowed on the field
2018 Season Members are encouraged to pick up their ticket books, parking pass, and Jorge Herrera bobbleheads at the Guest Services tent located near the Main Gate. For further questions regarding Saturday's preseason game, please call the Independence main office at 704-206-1515.
