
Sporting KC Prepares to Face Fire

Sporting Kansas City News Release
Sporting Kansas City will have a full week of preparation prior to traveling to Chicago for their match at 7:30 p.m. CT on Saturday, the first of three meetings against the rival Fire this season. The match will air live on KSMO-TV, beginning with a 30-minute pre-game show live from Toyota Park, and the team will host a watch party in the Members' Club at LIVESTRONG Sporting Park. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. CT.
Radio coverage will be available this week for Sporting Kansas City supporters to catch all the latest discussion around the club. This Week in Sporting with hosts Dave Borchardt and Andy Edwards will air at 7 p.m. CT on Tuesday on Sports Radio 810 WHB. On Thursday, Cal Williams and Jake Yadrich will host the State Line Soccer Show at 6 p.m. CT on 610 Sports Radio.
Single-game tickets for all remaining Sporting Kansas City regular season home matches went on sale Tuesday to the general public. This marks the first time that single-game tickets for games during the second half of the 2012 season have been available to purchase for the general public.
