SPOKANE, WA - The Spokane Indians return from the road Wednesday to face the Boise Hawks in a three game homestand at Avista Stadium. Spokane and Boise are battling for first place in the Northwest League East. The Indians are currently seven games ahead of the Hawks.
Of the 16 games left in the regular season, Spokane and Boise will face each other nine times. Boise leads the series at this point 2-1.
The Indians have a great line-up of special events all homestand long!
August 20th - Team Photo Giveaway (Presented by Sir Speedy Printing and 1510 KGA)$B!D(J Pick-up the 2008 Spokane Indians Team Photo on this night. Team photos are handed out to all fans as they enter the game. Make sure to get the Team Photo signed by Indians players before the game in the LEO$B!G(Js Photography Autograph area, starting at 6 p.m.
August 21st - Rally Towel Giveaway (Presented by the Spokane Tribe, K102 FM and Spokane Metro Magazine)$B!D(J There will be a sea of rally towels Thursday night at Avista Stadium. All Fans will receive an Indians Rally towel when they enter the gates.
August 22nd - Yoke$B!G(Js $1 Family Feast Night (Presented by Yoke$B!G(Js Fresh Market and 92.9 ZZU)$B!D(J Make sure you make some extra room in your stomach as it$B!G(Js the last Yoke$B!G(Js $1 Family Feast Night of the season. All hot dogs, ice cream sandwiches and Pepsi products are only $1.00 all night long.
