
Spirit Game Washed Away

The North Shore Spirit game scheduled for Friday night at the New Fraser Field has been postponed due to heavy rains and unplayable field conditions.
The Spirit will play a doubleheader (two 7-inning games) against Allentown on Saturday night beginning at 5:00 p.m.
Anyone holding a ticket for Friday's game may exchange it at the Spirit ticket office on Western Avenue for a ticket of equal or lesser value to Saturday's doubleheader.
For game one, scheduled for 5:00 p.m, RHP Jeremy Sugarman (3-1) will take the mound for the Spirit and will face Allentown's RHP John Dillinger (5-4). LHP Bryan Morse (2-4) will face LHP Mike Riley (1-3) in game two.
The Spirit ticket office can be reached by calling 781-592-0007. Information is also available on the Spirit website www.northshorespirit.com.
Saturday will still be Caribbean Night where one lucky fan will win a trip for two to the Caribbean sponsored by U.S. Airways.
