Spirit, Charter Team Up for Game Re-Broadcast

The Saginaw Spirit Hockey Club and Charter Communications are teaming up to re-broadcast the Spirit-Peterborough Petes game from 1/15/04. The Spirit beat the Petes 4-2 in an exciting contest originally broadcast in Peterborough, Ontario.

The re-broadcast will take place at 10:00 PM Monday, January 26th on Charter Community Channel 16 in the Midland, Bay City and Saginaw cable systems. The effort is the latest partnership between Charter and the Saginaw Spirit to bring OHL hockey to Spirit fans. The game will be seen in its entirety, commercial free.

The Saginaw Spirit, Mid-Michigan's Ontario Hockey League (OHL) Franchise plays 34 home games from September to March. The OHL is part of the Canadian Hockey League (CHL), which also includes the Western Hockey League (WHL) and the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL).
