TAMPA, Fla. - South Georgia Tormenta FC's John Miglarese has been voted USL League One's Coach of the Month for March & April after leading his side to first place in the league with three victories over the first five weeks of the regular season.

Making the move into the professional ranks with Tormenta FC, which he had previously led to the Deep South Division title in USL League Two in 2018, Miglarese maintained the levels of success he had found previously as South Georgia claimed 11 points from its opening six games of the season.

"I am so honored by this recognition, but the credit really goes to my staff and players," said Miglarese. "They've been fantastic over the past month."

Miglarese was selected as League One's Coach of the Month by the USL League One Technical Committee.

South Georgia Tormenta FC is a professional soccer franchise in Statesboro, Georgia that was founded in 2015. The club is constructing a new state-of-the-art 5,000-seat soccer-specific stadium in Statesboro. Planned to be built next to The Clubhouse on Old Register Road, the new venue will provide an exciting and authentic professional soccer experience for fans and players alike.
