The game will be shown to over 350,000 homes in the greater Cleveland area on Adelphia Channel 15. In addition, CSS will provide a live broadcast of the game to 4.5 million households across the Southeast, including SAL markets in Asheville, NC, Augusta, GA, Charleston, SC, Columbus, GA, Greenville, NC, Hickory, NC, Lexington, KY, Rome, GA, and Savannah, GA.
Adelphia has produced and broadcast Captains games since 2003.
"We are thrilled that we could work out this arrangement between Adelphia and CSS, who will be working together to bring the all-star game to their respective markets," said Captains General Manager Kevin Brodzinski. "Their willingness to work together has made this possible. We are happy that Adelphia will be producing the game as they have done a great job televising Captains Baseball since its inception in 2003."
Captains radio play-by-play announcer David Wilson will be joined in the booth by award-winning, Cleveland sportscaster Ron Jantz. Wilson and Jantz have teamed to call Captains games on TV for the past four seasons. The telecast will begin at 7:30 p.m. EST on Tuesday, June 20th. Game time is set for 7:35.
