
Sounds, Redbirds Rained out Saturday

NASHVILLE, Tenn. - Saturday night's scheduled 6:35 p.m. game between the Nashville Sounds and Memphis Redbirds at Greer Stadium has been postponed due to rain.
The teams will make up the game as part of a 2:05 p.m. CT doubleheader on Sunday afternoon (April 28) at Greer, when the two teams will play a pair of seven-inning games. Gates open at 1:00 p.m.
Tickets for tonight's game (April 27) may be exchanged at the Greer Stadium box office for a ticket of equal or lesser value, pending availability, to any remaining 2013 regular season Sounds home game.
This marks the fourth rainout of the season for Nashville (two at home, two on the road).
In Sunday's doubleheader, Nashville will send right-hander Mike Fiers (0-0, 0.00) and left-hander Zach Kroenke (0-2, 8.74) to the hill. Memphis will counter with left-hander John Gast (2-0, 0.00) and right-hander Seth Maness (2-2, 4.32).
