RENTON, Wash. - The Seattle Sounders FC announced today they have reached 100,000 fans on Facebook.

According to the Sports Fan Graph website, the Sounders rank No. 1 in fans/likes on Facebook in Major League Soccer. The team ranks No. 8 among all soccer-related pages. FC Barcelona, Real Madrid and Liverpool rank first, second and third, respectively. The Sounders FC also has more fans than 10 National Football League teams, 18 National Basketball Association teams and four Major League Baseball teams.
