SEATTLE, WASH. - With Sounders FC's 2019 preseason continuing this week from Tucson, Arizona, the club prepares for its second preseason match against the Houston Dynamo on Saturday, February 9 at Kino Sports Complex (5:00 p.m. PT / SoundersFC.com).

The current roster of 23 contracted players on the First Team is composed of three goalkeepers, eight defenders, nine midfielders and three forwards. The club currently has two Designated Players, six International Players and four Homegrown Players.

In addition to those currently signed to First Team contracts, Brian Schmetzer's preseason roster includes players currently signed to Tacoma Defiance (the club's USL side), unsigned SuperDraft picks, Sounders FC Academy players and trialists.

MEDIA NOTE: On-camera player and coach interviews from Arizona can be accessed and downloaded HERE for editorial use. Following Saturday's friendly against Houston, Sounders FC is scheduled to play two more preseason fixtures in Tucson, facing the Portland Timbers (February 13) and FC Dallas (February 16) at Kino Sports Complex.

Please note that not all players listed on the full preseason roster are present with the club in Tucson at all times due to scheduling matters, injuries or other unspecified reasons.
