
Sounders FC Receives $175,000 in 2023 General Allocation Money

SEATTLE, WASH. - Sounders FC today announced that it has acquired $175,000 in 2023 General Allocation Money (GAM) from Atlanta United in exchange for a 2022 International Roster Slot. The move brings Seattle's number of International Roster Slots to six as the team continues its 2022 MLS campaign.
Sounders FC now has three open International Roster Slots, with three current international players on the roster: Abdoulaye Cissoko, Léo Chú and Yeimar Gómez Andrade.
Seattle is unbeaten in the first three matches (2-0-1) of its current five game home stand, which continues this Saturday, June 25 with a nationally-televised matchup with Sporting Kansas City at Lumen Field (12:00 p.m. PT / ABC, ESPN Deportes, 93.3 KJR FM, El Rey 1360 AM).
