UPCOMING GAMES AND PROMOTIONS

Thursday, November 25 – Jacksonville at Columbus, 7:30 PM EST (Season Series: 1-0 JAX)

The Cottonmouths host their first Thanksgiving night game in Columbus hockey history on Thursday night against the Jacksonville Barracudas. The ‘Cudas have had a cold spell in recent games, losing two straight after beginning the season a perfect 5-0. Despite the recent skid, Jacksonville is still the first-place team in the SPHL. Columbus looks to avenge a 5-2 loss at the hands of the Barracudas in the Snake Pit on November 12. It's also the final night of the "Cans for a Cause" campaign benefiting the Valley Rescue Mission. Three canned goods are redeemable for $3 off an upper-level ticket or, for season ticket holders, a coupon good for 10% off Cottonmouths merchandise at Player's Connection merchandise booths inside the Civic Center.

Friday, November 26 – Columbus at Jacksonville, 7:35 PM EST (Season Series: 1-0 JAX)

The Cottonmouths travel to Jacksonville, Fla. on Friday night to face the Barracudas in their season opener at the Jacksonville Veterans Memorial Arena. The state-of-the-art arena is only a year old and is by far the largest home venue of all SPHL teams with a capacity of 16,000 for hockey. This marks the first home-and-home series on the schedule for the Cottonmouths this season.

Sunday, November 28 – Columbus at Fayetteville, 4:00 PM EST (Season Series: 1-0 FAY)

THIS GAME WILL BE AIRED LIVE ON WCJM 100.9 FM!

The Cottonmouths continue their six-game road trip away from the Snake Pit with a game on Sunday afternoon against the Fayetteville FireAntz at the Crown Coliseum. This is the only Sunday road game on the schedule for Columbus this season. The Cottonmouths look to atone themselves from a 4-2 defeat in Fayetteville on November 5, a game in which the Cottonmouths battled back after a 3-0 deficit midway through the first period.
